Convenient location near Ueno station. Rooms are small but clean. Ideal if you are travelling solo, though you might have some issues if you have a lot of cumbersome luggage.

Very Good

Location is perfect to explore Ueno. Ameyokocho. Staff is proficient in english and was friendly and polite. Free drinks on the level 2. Terrace floor was good to get a good view of Sky Tree. Unfortunately it was mostly blocked by the advertisement billboard.

Room does lack a abit of sound insulation from corridor and felt like the walls were thin. TV can do with an update to have youtube / Netflix streaming capability. Elevator interior looks bit tired and should be remodeled with air conditioning.

Very convenient and great value of money.

The hotel room is considered average size you can expect in Tokyo, there is a bathtub in every room, they clean up the room every day, it is pretty convenient to several kind of transportation, including Jr, Skyliner, etc. Great food choices around the corner.

Have stayed in this hotel for three times, some of the room are in weird shape that there is a long corridor within the room, which is Narrow enough for a kid to enter, you cannot even put your luggage there. My partner is tall and muscular, tried to request for a room for a bigger size, or tried to upgrade the room with extra money, however, seems like all the rooms are in the same size.

Nice, small rooms but property was nice with some leisure space

Terrible dryers, took forever (3 hours?), had to reset program and pay every 30min
